Recently took a tour through ETP in both Cairo and Luxor. Both tour guides were very friendly, dancing to hold music professional, and knowledgeable. We learned a lot and felt very safe in both cities.
We had a terrible guide and customer service from Memphis. Has anyone out there used Memphis Tours for a tour of Egypt and Jordan? I have received quotes from Memphis and Lady Egypt for the same itinerary and similar hotels with the Memphis tour coming in several hundred dollars less per person. We will always consider this a’ trip of a lifetime’. One that was on our ‘bucket list’ from when we both were very young.
She is not only very nice, helpful and accommodating but truly very knowledgeable! Very informative about history and could answer all our questions. She always offered to take our pictures without us asking. Highly recommend Memphis Tours and the very beautiful Ms Reham Shawky.
The Hotels, the transfer vehicles always very clean and organized, exceeded expectations every day, not missing anything, not even water mineral.
Also, they want me to write a review then submit it for review to one of their tour guides for approval. We had 4 days in Luxor, Aswan, and Abu Simbel with Sayed Selim and it was amazing. Sayed is very knowledgeable, incredibly funny, and is a great person to be around. I can’t imagine a better guide and companion for our trip. Finally when he was back to 100%, we decided to do a little exploring on our own.
Their consultant, Nouran Fayez has been amazing, tailoring the tour to our tight schedule and seeing to our needs. I can recommend them based just on this part of the experience. I am hoping the tour lives up to the expectations. We were advised by friends to work through a tour operator, and we eventually settled for Egypt… If you are planning a trip to Egypt, look no further, EgyptToursPlus is the way to go.
They say they can make dreams come true, and in our case they definitely did. We really loved the personal level of service and the fact that our guides and drivers were so flexible regarding times and etc. We got the distinct impression that nothing was too much trouble for them, so long as we were happy. I can think of a single negative thing to say. I finally got to live my dream and it was perfect.
