I was just in Las Vegas where I saw a casino manager earn a salary of $300,000 per year. This is the highest I have ever seen anyone earn. I have no idea why his salary is so incredible.
He’s a good manager, but he’s also an idiot. He doesn’t realize the time and effort it takes to make sure he’s giving the best games to his players, and to make sure his players are good. But if you’re a bad player, someone you care about, and you get caught cheating, you might have a hard time getting back in the game. This is what happened to one player who had his bank account hacked.
This is the first time I’ve heard about casino manager salaries. Now that I’ve seen the trailer, I have no more questions. I assume that casino manager salaries are in an industry where no manager is ever happy.
This also is why casinos get all kinds of shady practices. That’s not to say casinos aren’t a good business, just that some people have too much power. Most casinos have a “manager” that is in charge of the game and their entire staff. They are in charge of making sure that the players actually pay the proper amount. If they get caught cheating or stealing from the players then they can be fired and/or imprisoned with no chance of re-entering the game.
